An 8-week small group training program designed to help you build strength, boost confidence, and create a healthier, more consistent routine. Build a STRONG and stable foundation with this full-body strength & conditioning session. Targeting lower & upper body exercises, this class blends strength training with functional movement to help you move with power and confidence in everyday life. Expect a sweaty, uplifting session that leaves you switched on and your energy grounded.
2 group sessions to choose from:
Monday & Wednesday 4pm-5pm
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm
Includes:
• 2 x 60-minute face to face full body strength sessions per week (max 6 per group)
• Access to our Training App for strength programming and progress tracking
• Nutrition tracking support to help build sustainable habits
This program is for those who are ready to commit to their training and show up consistently.
Please note:
• No refunds for change of mind or non-attendance
• Missed sessions (due to illness or pre-approved holidays) will receive a credit for a scheduled make-up session
• Not suitable for those with chronic pain or current injury
