I'm Shellie, founder of HMB Collective and the coach behind Reclaim.
Thirteen years in health and fitness. Personal trainer, competitor, and always a student of what actually creates lasting change: movement, nutrition, and the mindset work most people skip. Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Food and Spirit Practitioner, Master Reiki Healer, Seichim Goddess Energy Healer, Access Bars Consciousness Practitioner, ZenThai Shiatsu Therapist. Every one of them serves the same purpose: helping you change from the inside out.
For years I chased every fix on the outside: diets, routines, the next quick win. But what was really running the show underneath went untouched. On the outside, everything looked fine. On the inside, I was a single mother of three quietly losing my energy, my clarity, my connection to myself. Then I stopped chasing and started listening: to my body, my mind, everything I'd been avoiding. That shift is the most grounding work I've ever done. Reclaim exists because of it.
Now I help women do the same. Uncover the patterns quietly running your life. Reconnect with your body. Quiet the noise in your mind. Build a way of living you actually feel good in. Not through perfection, but through understanding, structure and support that meets you where you are.
My role inside Reclaim is not to judge you, lecture you, or expect perfection. My role is to guide you, support you, ask the honest questions that help you notice your own patterns, and give you a practical structure to return to when life gets in the way. You'll have three structured workouts each week, simple daily habits to focus on and short mindset practices that can easily fit into your day.
Most women spend between 20–40 minutes per day focusing on their wellbeing.
